Disposing of ammonium perfluorooctanoate(APFO) waste water from the production of fluorine polymers and recovering APFO from the sediment obtained through waste water treatment were researched in the thesis. The waste water was treated by adding aqueous alkali, and the sediment and clear water were obtained. An orthogonal test was developed to investigate the influence of divalent metal ions, the ratio of metal ion and anion, the ratio of divalent metal ion and Al3+ ion, and the concentration of anion. The optimum process parameter group was as fellows:1. the divalent metal ion is Zn +;2. the ratio of metal ion and anion is 5/1;3. the ratio of divalent metal ion and Al3+ ion is 4/1;The waste water was treated by the above process, and adjusted the value of pH to 7, then rested for 3 hours. The clear water of light concentration ammonium perfluorooctanoate, less than 10mg/L, was obtained. China's Primary Standard for exhaust standard of waste water is reached.Perfluorooctanoate was recovered from the sediment through sublimating in high vacuum. The optimum process parameters were as fellows:1. H2SO4 was selected as the acid for acidifying, H2SO4: C8F15H4NO2 ( stoichiometric ) is 2.5;2. Sublimating temperature: 180 ℃3. Vacuum: 760mmHg.According to the results in the thesis, an industrial process of wastewater treatment and APFO recovery was proposed. The main facilities are designed.
