| Ammonium perfluorooctanoate in the water is a costly and undispersed matter. Odinary method has the character of low separated efficiency , big consume energy and high-cost. The recovery of ammonium perfluorooctanoate by Adsorptive Bubble Separation Method was researched in this paper. The contents are as follows:(1) The influences of air flux, feed flux, concentration of feed liquid, ratio of the heights of foam vs. liquid in the tower, and PH value of feed liquid on the removed rate of ammonium perfluorooctanoate were studied and discussed. Optimal operating conditions were found.(2) Through amending experimental scheme, using the coordinated effect of surfactant, adding a small quantity of positive ion surfactant, the separated efficiency was rapid improved. Through confecting the different proportion solution ,the relationship of surface tension with concentration was determined. Optimal feed liquid proportion were found. On the condition of optimal feed liquid proportion ,the influences of air flux, feed flux, concentration of feed liquid, ratio of the heights of foam vs. liquid in the tower on the separated rate of mixed liquid were studied .(3) The character of Ammonium perfluorooctanoate foam Rheology was studied and it established the original structure equation of foam fluid.(4) Relationship of adsorptive equilibrium of fluorin surfactant was studied. The result indicated the separated efficiency of the mixed liquid was rapid improved .The content of Ammonium perfluorooctanoate in the waste water was 8mg/L.This reached the national emission standard .This indicated adsorptive bubble separation method removing the minim surfactant in waste water was a new-style,high efficient separated method. It will be widly used in the future. |
