Studies On Systemic Examination And Repair Mode Of Large Stripe Mine Instruments

Many maintenance modes, such as item examination, planned examination and repair and estate examination and repair are systemicly analyzed in this paper. The reasonable maintenance mode is put forward as the colligated system not the simple one. Productive continuity in mining industry is the combination of every instrument in every producing sector, which is a system changing randomly in technic and dependability. Against the complex system, repair should be based on systemic repair mode. Grounded on that, the systemic repair mode is introduced and studied in theory and execution, hopefully to accelerate the development of domestic strip mine repair.Aiming at instrument managing characteristic of strip mine, the software development based on systemic repair is also conceived in this paper to give an efficient managing platform for mining company. Its designation is to carry out this mode successfully for the systemic repair work in the strip mine.
