Research And Development On Maintenance Manangement System Of Phamacy's Equipment

New requirements have been put forward on equipment maintenance management in various countries because of increasing cost with increasing size of equipment .It can reduce the cost equipment maintenance ,enhance the efficiency of maintenance, facilitate the development of enterprise and improve its ability of adaptation and competition by the research and application of new equipment maintenance management systems.After giving a brief introduce on the status of equipment maintenance , and especial feature and problem especially like continuous pharmacy's enterprise , the author present a method for predicting a cost-optimal preventive maintenance for a repairable system . Short-maintenance cycle not only adds time and cost of maintenance , but also influents the reliability of the system. Long-maintenance cycle causes unneeded lost because of failure. The paper combines concrete conditions of pharmacy's enterprise's equipment .The author determine the best maintenance cycle according to goal of the lowly total cost. In addition,the paper research stock tactics of spares ,which closes contact equipment maintenance. The paper studys optical-model of spares part repertory according to goal of the lowly total mean cost per-minitue.Lastly, based on the need analysise of equipment the pharmacy enterprise's maintenance management, system on equipment maintenance is developed. What's more the author does part work on research and development of the system.
