Studying And Realization Of A Cotton Isomerism Fibre Online Measuring And Eliminating System

Cotton contains non-cotton fibre has an important effect to the cotton textile, Most important to the quality of the production. So it can affect the economic benefit of the enterprise and bring disadvantage influence in improving it' s compete ability in market economy simultaneity. Therefore measuring and eliminating the isomerism fibre in cotton online has a very practice and very important sense on improving on the technologic methods for elementary processing cotton and increasing the quality of the finished product of cotton textile and reducing the cost. So it has a very good market value and development foreground.This thesis mainly introduces the framework and working principle of the cotton isomerism fibre online measuring and eliminating system and analyzes several difficulties involved in its design. Experiment studies are implemented and advances solved scheme. In the technologic methods flow of cleaning and rippling the cotton, cotton has been relaxed and removed impurity enough. Then a linear CCD (charge coupled device) camera is used to measure the cotton and foreign fibre. Through a high-speed frame grabber acquires digital video from the camera. The images are sent to the industry control computer and operated. This paper mainly uses HSI (Hue> saturations Intensity) color model and threshold method to distinguish between the cotton and isomerism fibre. When finding the foreign fibre, the computer will send a command to drive the corresponding position gas-act electromagnetism clique to act and using high-pressure gas to eliminate it.Through a series of experiments and locale debug analysis, this thesis established a sample machine system. Through testing it can reach the need of control and exact distinguish the cotton and isomerism fibre in real time and then remove it. The results of experiment indicate the system scheme is feasible. It can establish a foundation for the farther system development.
