| In China, the loss caused by damaged package is about 14 billion Yuan per year. In order to prevent damage of package, the design of packaging and management transportation must be improved. To meet these requirements, the Black Box used for inspecting package during transportation, based on single-chip microcomputer and date collect system are designed can be adopted to complement data acquisition of temperature, humidity and acceleration and simultaneously to put the time and the data into memories. Through accessing to data in Back Box, the reason of damage can be analyzed, design of packaging can be proved and the management of transportation can be improved. Through the Black Box, such as acceleration, temperature and humidity during transportation the data of package has been inspected and written in memory; the reason of the data from Back Box is gained by analyzing to improve the package design. Analyzing the key factors, the acceleration, temperature and humidity sensors are determined; the transportation package is designed and manufactured using single chip and memory. The single chip is programmed using C and the software of VB is developed on MC. The single chip serial interface is also designed. Finally, the simulated experiment is made. The credibility of Back Box is proved. The paper apply memory test technology to the field of transportation package for the first time. It is practical to determine the product critical value of printing equipment and to improve transportation management. |
