Fan is safe and economic operation has important significance to ensure the safety of mine production, the fan performance test is a command coordination difficult, strong technical and multifarious work. In the process of in-situ test, the airflow parameter acquisition is the most important is the most difficult determination of swiftly and effectively, China's main mine fan site performance test to wind speed sensor measuring air volume. In order to improve the current fan test the complex and difficult, big error, spend a lot of the present situation of the human, based on 51 single chip microcomputer and the labview development platform to design a set of fan performance test automation system.Test system mainly by the static pressure difference method based on the principle of wind measurement volume, along with various sensors measured fan performance parameter values, finally using a computer for data processing, storage, display, drawing. The whole test system mainly divided into two parts:machine data acquisition subsystem, the PC virtual instrument subsystem. Data acquisition system based on 51 single chip microcomputer as control core, using high-precision sensor, to test the multiple characteristic parameters of fan, the use of real-time digital tube display, parameter values were collected at the same time using RS232 communication, transmitted to PC (virtual instrument); Using graphical programming language labview virtual instrument system development, can be real-time display, automatic data processing, curve drawing automatically, and friendly interface, intuitive, and convenient operation. In order to verify the performance of the system, in the field of test system for experiment, the results show that the system test result is reliable, stable performance, small distortion degree and drawing curves, beautiful, time and energy, in line with the requirements of the fan test.
