Abstract:WangYu River is a main river linking Yangtse River and Tai Lake,XiSHan area locating at the western bank of the WangYu river is the main pollution source to WangYu river. so its water quality has great influence on Tai Lake which is the ground of source of water of WuXi; as the main water source, the water quality of Gong Lake became worse in recent years, with blue-green alga bursting, the safeness of WuXi water resource threatened. In order to study the water resouces of WangYu River and Gong Lake effectively and enhance water resources management of the ground of source of water, So, this paper developed a pollutent load model about the pollutent from XiSHan water net to WangYu river, which is a very impotant premise. Compared with recent results on hydro-dynamic and quality numerical model, the paper established a new one dimension hydro-dynamic and quality equations which is more similar to this area water net distribution by increasing the water net consistency. The hydro-dynamic model employs Preissmann implicit differential scheme to solve Saint-Venant equations, as well as the water quality model is solved by upwind implicit scheme. The model is debugged and validated by the data observed, At the same time ,based on the comparison with recent results on hydro-dynamic and quality numerical model , so it is proved that this new model is more reasonable than the old one and can more exactly simulate river network discharge, water level and contamination concentration. Using this new model, the paper calculate the contamination amount discharged to WangYu river and Gong Lake by XiShan river networks in condition of typical low water year, with the concentration change course analysed. Finally, this paper developed a river networks hydro- dynamic and quality integrate analysis system by advanced Object-Oriented method. So large data can be show as kinds of Stat lines or table and obtained expediently. At the same time, integrating the geographic information system and database theory, this system integrated the functions of water quality theme map by GIS and calculating the static water environment capacity, the interface of the system is fiendly, it can give some tech support for XiSHan pollutant load calculation study and decision-making management of this area.
