Micro-fabrication technology is the key technology of Microelectromecha-nical Systems and Micro-parts of an apparatus from design idea to reality.Micro-forming as one of many technologies of Micro-fabrication technology isbecoming more and more important. In contrast to traditional macro-plastic machining, not only are machining objects small and machining accuracy high, but also are there many dimension effects in machining process. Research indicates: the micromation of parts resulting in size effects which makes the traditional processing technic not to be directly applied in micro-forming. This paper verified when the size of the kind piece was diminished, the flowing stress should also present the decreasing trend, because of the influence of the size effect, in upsetting test of H62 brass. on the other hand, this paper discussed also the application of warm extrusion and the influence of fricti-on in micro-forming.
