The process of crude oil dehydration is one of the most important chains in the productive process of the combination station of oil field. Through the process, water can be separated from crude oil and the finished crude oil containing low water can be gotten. At the same time, the height of oil-water interface is the most important parameter. Therefore, fast and accurate detection of the interface is the key to make clear the quantity of water and oil output, and it also provides evidence to know the quantity and life of oil well.After the careful study of present methods on crude oil interface detection at home and aboard and the character of our domestic crude oil, it is easy to know many of the methods are applied to measure the upper interface in finished oil tank. And their sensors are apt to be captured and are often high in price. As to such problems, this dissertation puts up with the method, which takes advantage of the change of dielectric constant in the interface medium to survey the altitude between upper oil interface (gas/oil) and lower one (oil/water). This technique not only has the advantage of solving the work problem and high price, but also has the merits of being fast in response, simple in structure and good in security, so it is a technique that has great value of practice and popularization. Based on this technique, the paper develops the instrument for measuring crude oil multi-interface in oil tank with the method of capacitor. ?The whole instrument is made up of hardware parts and software parts. According to the Liaohe oil field oil situation the dissertation gives out several possible design to get the best one-mobile capacitor method. The paper in details illustrates the mechanism of this design, work process, and then carefully designs the capacitor sensor and related circuit. Finally it focuses on the visual software VC programming thought and progress, and exposits the user loading interface, the main user interface, setting interface, display interface and database design. This desertion makes experiment using the capacitor sensor and related circuit and with software, data are gotten and analyzed. The experiment proves the design is feasible and reasonable.The system integrates hardware and software, which measures the upper interface and lower interface, and saves and displays the current and history curve, and drives the motor to control sensors, too.
