In this thesis, the method of the optimization of operational parameters in the process industry is studied. At present, the operational parameters in the process is studied and applied extensively in domestic and foreign, it had achieved the full use original equipment, the excavation potential, achieved the gain in yield, improved the quality, reduced the cost the goal, thus was allowed to speed up the process industry the development, enhanced the process industrial enterprise's in international competition strength, impelled the national economy development.In the full understanding nitric acid production technical process foundation, this article has first analyzed each kind of influence product quality and the production rate factor, according to experiences and the union actual production process, has obtained the optimized question main parameter: X1—reaction temperature, X2—reaction pressure, X3—inlet temperature, X4—ammonia-air ratio. And the nitric acid productive rate is fixed as the function of the optimization. The difficulties are solved in the data collecting, and the mass field satisfactory data are collected.In the thesis a different anciently modeling method called multidimensional insertion modeling is used for the key parameters modeling in the process of the nitric acid production. It is the method that a discrete model can be obtained basing on the original data. In the thesis, the insertion algorithm is described and illustrated in the terms of examples and simulations of one-dimensional and two-dimensional variables respectively, and the method proved to be effective and viable by comparing the difference with ANN.Because of the high-frequency noises in the original data and the noises with the insertion modeling process, the discrete model above should be filtered to eliminate the most noises.In the thesis, a model is obtained by multinomial modeling for the key parameters in the process industry.Because the optimalizing valuations arrive at the local minimum point, in the thesis, the simulated annealing is used for the optimization, and the programs are written.Finally, in the thesis two modeling methods are used for the optimization of operational parameters in the process industry respectively, and the simulated annealing is used in the process.
