Programmable Control System Of Friction Welding And Research On The Phase Control Of Phase Friction Welding

With the development of welding technology, friction welding become ripe and perfect day by day. But when welding some work piece with a demand of phase place which should be cooperated, and that it requires that the direction should be adjusted well after two work pieces are welded, the phase place is cooperated with properly. This restraints the application range of the friction welding. Because of this situation, this paper studies and designs emphatically a phase device, in order to realize the accurate phase adjustment of the friction welding. The electric control system was adopted by the traditional friction welding machine, its dependability is worse and the control precision is lower, the procedure is difficult to revise. So we adopt PLC to control the whole process, then equips it with high accuracy and good quality.On the basis of analyzing the operation principle and studying the course and the category of the friction welding, the paper considers that the technological key of phase friction welding is that the device must be started when arriving a suitable speed or phase place. The text designs a phase place device, it makes the equipment simple and easy to operate. Once applying to the device, it can reduce the cost effectively.Unlike the traditional friction welding machine which used relay as the electric control system. The paper introduces the SIEMENS S7-200 programmable controller which is used to control the friction welding technological process. Hardware is designed and general regulation is given. The control programs are made by the use of software MicroWin/step7. By applying the PLC in the friction welding machine, the reliability and anti-interference ability is greatly enhanced, the precision of controlling is strengthened at the same time, and the automatic level is improved further. It has a good research value and market foreground.
