This paper studied toxic effect of Cu2+, Cr6+ and Ni2+ single and combined pollution on several indexes of plants: germination of Triticum aestivum L.and Phaseolus radiatus L., growth, chrolophyll content, activity of POD and activity of chloroplast of Lemna minor L. and Lemna polyrhiza. The results of experiments were summarized as follow:â‘  The inhibitory sequence on germination, elongation of shoots and weight of shoots of Triticum aestivum L. is Ni2+>Cu2+>Cr6+, but the inhibitory sequence on elongation of roots and weight of roots of Triticum aestivum L. is Cu2+>Ni2+ >Cr6+. Roots of Triticum aestivum L. is more sensitive to Cu2+, Cr6+ and Ni2+ than its shoots. 3d-IC50 of roots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. in Cu2+, Cr6+ and Ni2+ treatment is 3.38mg/L, 18.52mg/L and 14.61mg/L respectively. â‘¡ 3d-IC50 of shoots elongation of Phaseolus radiatus L. in Cu2+, Cr6+ and Ni2+treatment is 84.4mg/L, 50.5mg/L and 27.4mg/L respectively. â‘¢ Seeds of Triticum aestivum L. were treated in 580mg/LCr6+ and 115mg/L Cu2+ and their crossing concentrations for three days. The results showed that: The complex action of 1mg/L, 3mg/L, 5mg/L Cu2+ and 580mg/L Cr6+ on roots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is antagonistic. The complx action of all the concentrations in this experiment on shoots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is synergistic.? Seeds of Triticum aestivum L. were treated in 1 40mg/LNi2+ and l15mg/L Cu2+ and their crossing concentrations for three days. The results showed that: The complex action of l15mg/L Ni2+ and l15mg/L Cu2+ on roots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is antagonistic. The complx action of lmg/L15mg/L Cu2+ and 8mg/L> 15mg/LNi2+ on shoots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is synergistic. The complx action of lmg/L15mg/L Cu2+ and lmg/LNi2+ on POD activity of shoots of Triticum aestivum L. is synergistic, while the action of lmg/L 15mg/L Cu2+ and 8mg/I^ 15mg/LNi2+ on that is antagonistic.? Seeds of Triticum aestivum L. were treated in 580mg/LCr6+ and 1 40mg/LNi2+ and their crossing concentrations for three days. The results showed that: The complex action of lmg/L> 8mg/L and 15mg/L Ni2+and 520mg/L Cr6+ on roots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is antagonistic, while that on shoots elongation of Triticum aestivum L. is synergistic.? Growth and chlorophyll content of Lemna polyrhiza can be used to inspect Cu2+> Cr6+ and Ni2+ pollution in water environment. The 4d-ICso of growth of Lemna polyrhiza in Cu2+> Cr6+ and Ni2+ treatment is 2.34mg/L> 14.09mg/L and 12.99mg/L respectively. The 4d-IC5o of chlorophyll content of Lemna polyrhiza in Cu2+ ^ Cr6+ and Ni2+ treatment is 2.68mg/ L, 15.81mg/L and 12.41mg/L respectively.? Lemna polyrhiza is treated in Cu2+ > Ni2+ single and their combined pollution for four days. The results showed that: The complex action of 0.2mg/LCu2++5mg/LNi2+ and 0.6mg/LCu2++10mg/LNi2+ on growth of Lemna polyrhiza is antagonistic, while the action of lmg/LCu2++20mg/LNi2+ on that is synergistic. The action of 0.2mg/LCu2++5mg/LNi2\ 0.6mg/LCu2+ + lOmg/L Ni2"\ 1 mg/LCu2+ + 20mg/L Ni2+ and 20mg/LCu2++30mg/LNi2+ on chlorophyll content of Lemna polyrhiza is antagonistic. The complex action of 0.2 mg/L Cu2+ + 5mg/LNi2+ , 0.6mg/LCu2++10mg/LNi2+ and lmg/LCu2+ + 20mg/L Ni2+ on activity of POD is antagonistic. The action of 20mg/LCu2++30mg/LNi2+ on that is synergistic.? Chlorophyll content of Lemna minor L. is a more sensitive index in Cr6+ polluted water. 4d-IC50 % 6d-ICso and 8d-IC5o of Cr6+ on chlorophyll content of Lemna minor L. is 13.299mg/L n 4.905mg/L and 4.686 mg/L respectively. When Lemna minor L.is treated by 7.5mg/L Cr6+, 1.2mg/L Cu2+ and 6mg/L Ni2+ for four days respectively, the number of opening stomata in surface of leaves decreased and the number of disabled stomata increased.
