Caohe river from Daceying to Xizhuang area has became to a pollution river due to discharging sewage of plant and countryside. The polluted water infiltrated into the underground and formed a ground water mound. The reach of water mound is only five kilometers away from the groundwater source in baoding city. moreover, Caohe river's lower reaches is baiyangdian beauty spot. This paper according the two problems studied the water environment of caohe river from Daceying to Xizhuang area. The study includes the water quality analysis of surface water and groundwater and the forecast of water quality,which based on the analysis used one-dimension model and grey predicting model to predict the water quality of surface water and groundwater in space-time. The results shows that the models are reasonable and simple. The job done of this paper has very strong theory meaning and realistic meaning.
