The topic polluted soil is becoming hot all over the world. Rhizospheric microorganisms have some adaptive differentiation in soil contaminated by heavy metals. It was found some useful rhizospheric microorganisms to remedy the pollutions of heavy metal. A bioremediation system of microbes and plants is a new way to cure soil pollution. It was investigated the pollution status in industrial region, measured the Zn, Cd contents and population of microorganisms in soil, separated five stains of rhizospheric microorganisms by special culture medium, and studied their growing conditions. These stains were tested their abilities restraining heavy metal by designing a series of concentrations of heavy metals. Then, using potted plant tests observed the allied system effects. The results show as follows:(1) The field investigation indicate that it is serious contamination of Zn, Cd overstepping the environmental quality criteria, for example, Zn increases 1.97-5.15 times and Cd increases 25.5~63.17 times. There are obvious changes in configuration and amount of soil microflora. The populations of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes obviously decrease, and have different sensitivities to heavy metals, the order is: fungi
