The process of the Deresination, Drying and Properties Contrast of Masson's Pine Boards were studied in the paper. In the paper, dresination process was carried by three ways, that is, dipping the wood into chemical agent, pre-steaming and elevated-temperature drying, chemical steaming drying. Chemical deresination mechanism was studied in the paper. Via a serials of experiments, the optimum deresination prescription and technical process was selected, which is easily spreaded and industrialized. Drying process was carried out with 100℃ drying method, and we gained a drying schedule that can be used for the treated board. The wood properties comparison between the treated boards and the untreated boards was carried out by measuring dimension stability, conglutination and painting property and mechanical property of them. The main results are as follows: 1. Chemical agent dipping method(1) To reduce the interfacial tension, surface-active medicament and accelerant were added to the deresinating solution, and optimum prescription, proportion and process were gained by a serial of experiments.(2) we used P1 to bleach the treated boards and attained an optimum process. The process can effectively solve the problem of darkening of the treated boards.(3) we have assumed that calcium chloride could be used to treat waste water. 2 Pre-steaming and elevated-temperature drying experimentThe resin content of raw material of Masson's Pine Boards is 6.882%. The deresination rate increases along with the treat time, however, the accelerating rate decreased and the wood color getting dark in 5 hours.3. Chemical steaming processVia a serials of orthogonal tests, we gained the chemical prescription, proportion and the optimum process. The deresination rate is 61.20%, whiteness is 37.5%.4. Drying process of the treated Masson' Pine boardsBy 100℃ drying test, a drying schedule that fits all of the treated boards was gained. The drying effect is good.5. Compare wood properties and qualityAll of wood, treated and untreated, were dried in terms of the same drying schedule, and physical and mechanical properties were measured. The results shows that: dimension stability, conglutination and painting property of the treated boards are improved more or less;mechanics property is decreased so little that it has no affection on usages; the treated boards can satisfy the requirements for making furniture and solid wood products. The paper provides theoretical bases and technical instructions for usage and spread of Masson's Pine lumber and improves its economical value, this can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood. The study is very practical and useful.
