Development Of Control System Specialized For Synthetic Yarns Convolution

As the core component in control system, Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) has been widely used in modern industrial fields because of its powerful function, high stability, strong anti — electromagnetism interference ability, and so on. Inverter supplies different frequency to change the rotation speed of motor, with low noise and smooth speed changing.In this thesis the theory and configuration of the specialized control system are mainly described for yams convolution which integrates PLC , HMI (human machine interface) , a three-split inverter, photoelectricity and RS485 communications technology.The background of the thesis is reviewed, the current technology used in imported convolution machine are studied, and feasibility and market outlook are analyzed.According to the condition and convolution feature, the concept and design process about a three-split inverter are introduced , as well as the theory and main protecting circuit.
