In recent years,agricultural non-point sources and heavy metal pollution have become a major agricultural ecological environment issue of wide concern in China,and its fast and flexible field detection equipment has also received considerable attention.Because of the small size and the limitation of field conditions,it is difficult for a single device to realize multiple detection modes.It can only detect some elements accurately.In the field detection,it is necessary to carry a variety of detection equipment to coordinate quantitative detection.At present,the in-depth customization of testing equipment,a testing equipment corresponding to an investigative instrument and its customized data acquisition APP,has resulted in the waste of hardware,the increase of software development costs,and the increase of information integration workload in the later stage.Therefore,this paper mainly solves the practical problem that it is difficult for different kinds of multi-test equipment to access a portable investigative instrument,in which the investigative instrument has built-in universal data acquisition APP.Solve the data access problems caused by different software interface standards,heterogeneous protocols and customized data acquisition APP.In view of the above problems,three aspects of research are carried out:Firstly,the identification,matching and connection of the communication bus interface and the testing equipment of the investigative instrument are studied.The methods of wired communication and wireless communication are studied and compared,and the hardware communication is designed.Its content includes two aspects: firstly,through technology selection,the research of communication bus interface is carried out by choosing wired RS485 communication mode and wireless Bluetooth communication mode;secondly,combining with hardware connection design,the physical link of wired RS485 communication and wireless Bluetooth communication is realized by level conversion between modules.Secondly,standardization and visualization of multi-source heterogeneous communication data protocols are realized.A multi-source heterogeneous communication protocol model is constructed,which has the characteristics of hierarchy,compatibility and scalability.The design adopts two-tier registration files of product registration and equipment registration,completes isomorphic processing of heterogeneous data,and is compatible with the widely used Modbus RTU industrial standard protocol.Visual customization of data protocol is realized through Web interface before registration file is generated.Thirdly,design and implement the development of data acquisition APP.Through the development of data acquisition APP,the problems of identification access and visualization of detection data for various detection devices are solved,and the multi-source detection data convergence and access are realized.And through the system test,the data acquisition APP can satisfy the functions of multi-source heterogeneous data access,reading,writing,parsing,storage,display,uploading,and realize one-to-many communication and identification connection between the investigating instrument and the testing equipment on the basis of the successful hardware communication.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: a general multi-source heterogeneous communication protocol model is realized,and a survey instrument can be connected to different kinds of multi-detection equipment through the design of hardware communication and data acquisition APP.
