Synthesis Of Herbicidal Ethofumesate And Study On Its Production Techniques

This paper is about the study of preparation and production process of herbicidal ethofumesate.In the paper, four different chemicals were synthesized, including enamine, 2-morpholino-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethylbenzofuran-5-ol,2-morpholino-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethylbenzofuran-5-yl-methanesulfonat e, 2-ethoxyl-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethylbenzofuran-5-yl-methanesulfonate. The effects of various conditions to reaction were studied. The reaction mechanisms were discussed. The products were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR. Melting Point and HPLC analyze the purity of ethofumesate.We find a better rate, quality synthesis way by improving the way in the literatures. It make its possible to industrialize by technical design.
