this thesis is constituted with two parts. The previous part of it was to optimize the original TL series of the torrent-type desulfurization and precipitation integration equipments; the latter of it was to integrate Simulink with VB to apply on the simulation and optimization of chemical engineer system. In the previous part of the paper, particular improve experiment project of optimization design on desulfurization and precipitation integration equipments was put forward, the design software of the structure of the swirl board scrubber was developed. Then, the influences that blade elevation angle, radial angle, inlet concentration of gas and the ratio of liquid to gas on the efficiency of desulfurization and precipitation integration was analyzed theoretically. Finally, the improving suggestion linked with practice was advanced. In The latter of the paper, the application on simulation and optimization of chemical engineer system was investigated. the simulation system of continuous stirred tank reactor was developed by combining Matlab and Simulink, the controllable tool-box of Matlab, the simulation and calculation was ran on an example of a first-order exothermic irreversible reaction, the behavior of multiple steady-state and the reactor dynamic process was analyzed during the steady-state and dynamic simulation by using the simulation system. The best optimal operation and the methods avoiding unsteady-state were brought forward according to simulative results. The procedure-making work between VB and Matlab was finally accomplished. The result indicated that Simulink was one of good tools for chemical industry system to set up model and simulate, and had a wide applied prospect if combined with VB, it will have a wide prospects on the autonomous development owning intellectual property on simulation and optimal software.
