The AGC system is made of the Feedforward control system and Smith-AGC& Mass Flow AGC system on the first stand, the Feedforward control syetem on second stand and the Exit AGC system on the fourth stand. The dissertation gives the AGC system structure based on the deep analyse and research on Smith-AGC system and Smith-AGC& Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy, whose key control algorithm, computing model are reasoned as well as its physical meaning analyse. The dissertation also analyzes the Smith prediction strategy, the rationality of Smith-AGC structure and the stability of Smith-AGC system. Based on the research of Smith-AGC& Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy, how it can work well in different phases such as accelerating for starting up, stable rolling, decelerating for stopping mill is also analyzed in detail. The dissertation also presents the advantage of Smith-AGC&Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy.Smith-AGC system can solve the time delay problem in theory which lies in AGC system. In fact the precision of rolling process model determines the precision of control in AGC system. The dissertation brings forward Smith-AGC& Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy based on neural network modeling. In this integrated thickness control strategy, rolling process model is displaced by CMAC neural network. Smith-AGC, Smith AGC& Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy and Smith AGC& Mass Flow AGC integrated thickness control strategy based on CMAC neural network modeling are all simulated on the first stand of tandem cold mill, BenXi Steel. The theory and experiment show that the Smith AGC&... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | time delay, Automatic Gauge Control (AGC), rolling process, modeling, CMAC neural network, Smith predictor, Smith-AGC, Mass Flow AGC, integrated thickness control strategy | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
