The control accuracy of the coiling temperature of the hot strip laminar cooling system affects the strip's structure and machanic properties directly, which is the crucial factor to guarantee the better quality and flatness of strip. So the control on hot strip coiling plays an important role in hot strip production. It is of great practical importance to analyze and study the control technical. With a reconstruct laminar cooling system of our country as the background, this dissertation makes a deep study from control strategy on how to improve the accuracy of the coiling temperature and equality of temperature on the same strip. Detailed works are as follows.(1) As the mathematic model of hot strip laminar cooling system is based on the theory of calorifics, so the paper first analyze the three models of heat transfer (heat radicalization, convection, heat exchange), and particular analyze the mathematic model of the process of this true hot strip laminar cooling system. This mathematic model mainly includes water cooling model and air cooling model, its calculated precision influences the last effect of control cooling. In hot strip laminar cooling system, The basic heat flux density of water cooling model is the most important parameter to determine the precision of control, so choose a proper basic heat flux density has an important mean to the accuracy of the coiling temperature .(2) Study and analyze the laminar cooling control strategy of an hot mill plant in our country , and particular analyze the all functions of control strategy. It can be seen from the system working process that laminar cooling system is a complex control system which mainly depend on pre-set calculate and feed-forward correct calculate, and assist by feed-back control. Based on the application in produce, analyze the performance of this control system, and bring forward the improving measure to the problem existing in the control system.(3) Indicate that one reason of the coiling temperature is not accurate is because...
