Preperation Of Phosophoryl Polyasparticacid As Scale Inhibition Agent

With the quick development of industry, the consumption of water was increasing, among which 80% of total water for industrial application was used as industrial cooling water. The dosage of fresh water was depend on the performance of water treatment agents. In recent years, copolymer and organic-phosphorus agents were extensively applied in the cooling water treatment to solve the sediment of calcium carbonate. The application of synthetic macromolecule agents solved the sediment of calcium phosphate. The macromolecules would show excellent anti-scaling and anti-corrosion properties when phosphorylated and sulfonated in same time. Low content or no phosphor agents turned into hotspot of research with the improving of environmental consciousness. Polyepoxysuccinicacid and Polyaspartate had been used as cooling water treatment agents in some scopes, but the anti-scaling rate of them were lower than the organic phosphorus and copolymer agents.
