Structured catalysts, which are uni-body structures composed of interconnected cells or channel, are widely used in environmental applications because of low pressure and high gas fluxes, and increasingly in many new reactors application such as chemical and refining process, catalytic combustion, and high exothermic/endothermic reaction coupling reaction.On the other hand, in the high exothermic methane combustion system, the traditional noble metal catalysts have the shortcoming of high cost and bad high-temperature stability. Therefore, it is a challenge and full opportunities in exploring excellent catalytic combustion material.In this study, we apply metallic support structured catalyst for methane combustion.
