Taking the alkylation of benzene with propylene to form cumene as model reaction, the effect of extrusion condition on zeolite's global performances, such as activity, cumene selectivity, strength and lifetime etc were experimentally investigated.First, the effect of dosage of SB powder, acetic acid, the ratio of water to zeolite powder and calcination temperature on zeolite performance was studied using single factor experiment method. The results showed : (1)with the increase of acetic acid, the ratio of water to zeolite powder and calcination temperature, the strength of zeolite first increased and then decreased, while the strength of zeolite increased with the increase of SB powder. (2)the dosage of SB powder and the ratio of water to zeolite powder have little effect on the activity and lifetime of zeolite, while zeolite activity increased with the improvement of acetic acid but lifetime...
