Plastic sheet can be widely used in many fields, such as chemical, architecture, and its applications in many new fields are constantly increased. At. the same time, coat-hanger die is extraordinary widely used in sheet extrusion because it can extrude wide product and can be applicable to the extrusion of many plastics.Generally, the design of coat-hanger die was based on experience, which would cost more time to test the die, as a result, much part of the design were failed and had to be deserted. It could result in the waste of manpower and resources. Therefore, the study on coat-hanger die was of great significance.In the past, many researches were based on isothermal models in the study of coat-hanger die, which was much different from the fact.
