Steel pipe is a kind of industry metallic material, which is widely used in mechanical, architectural, petrochemical and other industry fields. It plays as a vital role to the development of national economy. Steel pipe is also an important material, which can be used to manufacture gun barrel and other weapons, to the national defence industry. Currently, the production line of the steel pipe largely depends on import.Based on the project of research and development of MWPBS system for Baotou iron and steel group, the thesis explores design of sub-system covering length measure, weight, pinstamp, banding and stencil, and while highlights the research of hydraulic stepping system and software control.In chapter 1, first, the background of this project is presented, then, the steel pipe measuring and marking system is introduced, after that, the present research and development status and function of stepping mechanism are analyzed, finally subject task and the contents of this thesis are laid out.In chapter 2, based on overall structure of the steel pipe measuring and marking system, sub-system of length measure, weight, pinstamp, banding and stencil are introduced. The composition of every sub-system, working process is included in the study. Finally, the design method of the electric control system is put forward.In chapter 3, structure analysis and strength check is put forward. The strength of the radius link is checked. The design of hydraulic system is analyzed. Parameter calculation and component selection are processed.In chapter 4, first, the applied area, merits and drawbacks of open-loop control and closed-loop control are present, then, PID control is selected as the control strategy of proportional valve controlled electrohydraulic servo system, and then, associated with system's feature, PID control strategy is studied and control algorithm is improved to meet the work condition, finally, the selection of set movement principle of the electrohydraulic servo system is studied.In chapter 5, first, constitution of software system is introduced, then the design of PC procedure and interface between PC and PLC are studied as the focus of this chapter. At last, the design of PLC procedure is developed.In chapter 6, Summarization and further research work of MWPBS system are coupled.
