With the rapid development of social economy,China's injection molding industry is developing towards high precision,automation and high efficiency.Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,low degree of automation and hidden danger of the injection molding machine,with the support of the“Development and Industrialization of High-performance Integrated Vertical Injection Molding Machine”(2017A1031)of Zhongshan Science and Technology Project in Guangdong Province,the research team has optimized the process of injection moulding machine and developed an integrated injection moulding machine.The integrated injection molding machine requires its servo control system not only to adjust the motor speed smoothly and precisely,but also to realize coordinated control of the process,but the existing servo driver can not fully meet the above requirements.Therefore,according to the process of integrated injection moulding machine,the requirements of servo control system are analyzed,and the servo control system of integrated injection moulding machine is studied and designed.The servo driver of injection moulding motor of integrated injection moulding machine is studied and designed emphatically.The main research work and research results obtained in this thesis are as follows:The process of the integrated injection moulding machine requires the automatic completion of such processes as sorting,feeding,injection moulding(closing,spraying,holding,opening)and blanking.It consists of four subsystems,namely,automatic sorting subsystem,automatic feeding subsystem,injection moulding subsystem and automatic blanking subsystem,with four servo motors.According to the requirement of process coordinated control,the design scheme of servo control system is put forward.The main controller realizes the coordinated operation between servo drivers.In view of the requirement of injection moulding for servo motor,the design scheme of hardware and software of servo driver is put forward.According to the design scheme of the servo control system,the hardware design and software design of the main controller are completed.Hardware design includesinput circuit,output circuit and communication interface circuit.Software design includes main program,initialization program,coordination control subprogram,communication subprogram and fault alarm subprogram.According to the hardware design scheme of the servo driver,the hardware design of the servo driver is completed,including the main power circuit,peripheral circuit and control detection circuit.According to the software design scheme of servo driver and the control requirements of injection molding process for its servo motor,the control strategy of servo driver is studied.Two control modes of flow and pressure are proposed,the simulation verification is completed,and the software of servo driver is designed.The test platform is constructed to complete the no-load start-stop and acceleration-deceleration test of servo driver.The experimental results show that the servo driver designed in this thesis can meet the servo control requirements of integrated injection molding machine.In summary,the research work done in this thesis has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the automation level and production efficiency of integrated injection moulding machine.
