Study On Preparation And Application Of Acetylized Polystyrene Resins

This work has explained the anion exchange resin technology of preparation both at home and abroad at first. And comprehensive appraisal various kinds of mentioned in these documents improved and substituted methods. The most important means of ion exchange resin preparation is preparation from chlorin-methyl resin to amidocyanogen resin. But it uses some carcinogenic material as chloromethane-aether. There are also exist replace more too and side reaction such as secondary cross link etc. In addition, ameliorated and substituted chlorine methyl scheme as well as have some drawback stores in.This work reports the synthesis of functional acetylized polystyrene resin with monodisperse polystyrene (PS) particle by Friedel-Crafts acetylation. The reported method avoided the carcinogenic problem caused by classic chloromethylation process and eliminate side reaction such as secondary cross link. It is a kind of comparatively ideals synthetic method.The quantitative loading of acetylized resin can be controlled, which is more important in anion exchange resin technology of preparation. It is an important factor influencing the resin character.By reforming the material amount, the quantitative loading of acetylized resin can be attained. When x = Cat/PS = Reg/PS < 1 ,the conversion ratio of acyl reagents can be keeped about 80%. So we can control x to the designed quantitative loading. When PS: Reg=l: x, and x ≤0.5, and Cat: Reg=l. 5-2.0, the conversion ratio of acyl reagents can be keeped about 90.0%. So we can control the quantity of Reg to the designed quantitative loading.This work has carried on research to the mechanism of heterogeneous Mannich react. The research has suggested there are differences between equalicty and hererogeneous Mannich react. When the three constitutes are appropinquity it can get the best result.Require the quantity of formaldehyde and lignocaine-amidocyanogen rather thanthe acetyl and they are sameness the utilization ratio is the highest and can receive better result.This work has been also investigated that above-mentioned amination resin and sulphuric dimethyester prepara anion exchange resin by quaternary ammonizaion Reaction.And study preliminary absorbtion of the proteid with this strong alkaline polystyrene anion exchange resin .It proved that this resin can be for separation of proteid...
