The artic mainly focus on two research targets of preparation of stably dispersions system for montmorillonite and exploitation of health-care functions for cotton-textile, and applies Na+-montmorillonite and cotton to be research object. Based on the structure characteristic of montmorillonite and the situation of health-car textile, introduced montmorillonite to finish textile and made it have health-care function. The article, has researched the montmorillonite activity of dispersion in distilled water, following the results, have applied ways of turbidity, settlement and percent to investigate the dispersion ability of surfactants have been selected. From the research result of dispersion, have educed that in equal condition MTT=0.25g and surfactants=0.2g, CMC had most dispersion ability in all surfactants selected when it has been dispersed in distilled water. So, had choice of CMC to prepare the stably dispersion system of montmorillonite. Based on the DLVO stable mechanism and the results of dispersion percents of montmorillonite and changing of electrical conductivity in system, the effect of concentration, pH, electrolyte, temperature and dispersion methods on dispersion ability that CMC has dispersed montmorillonite were investigated. The results showed that dispersion percents was increased with thickness rising of montmorillonite, firstly was augmented and declined with concentration growth of CMC, was differed from the changing of pH and its most was 95.6% in pH=10, was descended sharply to zero following electrolyte enhance, and that the dispersion effect milled by magnetic force was better than that by ultrasonic. Those results indicated that dispersion percents were over 92.5% when MTT= 0.2~0.3g,CMC=0.2g,pH=9~10,no electrolyte,norm temperature,magnetic force for half hours. Heat preservation capability and antibacterial percents were tested by Attemperator and Quinn. The effect of concentration, pH, electrolyte, temperature, bath-rate in dispersion system on the capability of heat preservation and antibacterial percent of cotton had been finished. The results showed that thickness of montmorillonite and pH of finishing liquor had most effect on the health-care of textile finished, and in pH=8 heat preservation capability could be most enhanced 104.9%, in pH=5,10 antibacterial percents were respectively 100% and 93.8%. Based on those results, have educed that the prime technical conditions was bath-rate 20:1, montmorillonite concentration 2~3g/L, pH=8, CMC=1.8g/L, JFC=5ml, norm temperature finishing, press 0.2KPa, drying for three minutes in 160℃. After finishing of the prime technical conditions, the heat preservation capability of textile have been enhanced over 85%, antibacterial percents was 90.5%. Following the GB8629-88 5A procedure , after washing for 20 times the heat preservation capability and antibacterial percents of cotton had finished were investigated ,and former was 65.4%, later was 71.4%, decline 5.4% in fracture strength of textile, descend 6.1% in tear strength. Applying montmorillonite to finish cotton, results showed that the textile had been finished had health-care function, and that the processing time was reduced, the vale added of cotton was enhanced and the scope of montmorillonite applied was enlarger.
