Azodicarbonamide (ADC) wastewater is a wastewater containing of high NH3-N and several salinities component, which has not been eliminated efficiently and is one of the most difficult problem in chemical environmental field. Besides, the research on treating ADC wastewater has not a little appeared in magazines. In this paper, the laboratory research has been done and the theory of biological nitrogen removal was discussed on ADC wastewater produced by Jiangsu Sopu Chemical Company, We designes a automatic control device of A/DAT-IAT wastewater treatment in the laboratory. This technique treats ADC wastewater to obtain good results, which is the first example at home.This paper involves two experiments. In the first experimental phase mostly involves: alive sludge cultivate and domesticate, and the observation of microbial characteristic of activated sludge; research on the run characteristic of A/DAT-IAT technique and ascertain the optimum parameters; research on environment factor, such as temperature, pH, DO, C/N, circumfluence ratio and NH3-N load, which impact the result of ADC synthesize wastewater treatment by A/DAT-IAT technique and analyse these reasons. In the second experimental phase mostly involves: alive sludge cultivate with the ADC production wastewater, study the result of ADC production wastewater removal and the analyse the theory of NH3-N removal, the influence of NH3-N removal after the living wastewater is added, evaluate the index of technique economy and environment influence. The result showed: on the condition of temperature was 28℃,pH was 7.58.0, DO was 2mg/L, C/N was 5.2, R1 was 250%, R2 was 300%, the influent NH3-N concentration was 153.2mg/L and the effluent NH3-N concentration 13.7mg/L respectively when A/DAT-IAT technique treated ADC synthesize wastewater, the NH3-N removal rate was 91.06% and NH3-N volumetric load was about 0.115kg NH3-N/(m3. d); the NH3-N removal rate were 70.47% when A/DAT-IAT technique treated the ADC production wastewater, but the NH3-N removal rate was raised to 89.28% and ascended 18.81% when the living wastewater was added in reactor. the qulity of effluent water can meet the first standard of effluent-quality standard of GB8978-1996.This paper analyses and researches the automatic control of A/DAT-IAT technique and discusses that A/DAT-IAT technique can reduce the consumption of energy and good result can be achieved when unite ORP, DO and pH altogether as control parameters.
