Production facilities and technical conditions'backwardness is main reason that nitrogenous fertilizer Enterprise draining wastewater does not attain a designated standard for a long time in our country,the primary cause is that the ratio of COD,BOD to the ammonia nitrogen or total nitrogen in the waste water is low,only 1~2,cannot satisfy the A/O processing craft that remove the organic matter,ammonia nitrogen and the total nitrogen to processes demand to C/N in water.And at present,the low ratio of carbon to nitrogen waste water's process technology is still researching stage in the laboratory in domestic and foreign,also there is not the industrialization processing project to use for reference.In order to protect the water environment quality,causes the nitrogenous fertilizer enterprise to step onto the sustainable development,improve the economic efficiency, exploring and studying the low ratio of carbon to nitrogen waste water's new industrialization applied technology of denitrogenation and attain the designated standard,it becomes the imminent research subject.Chemical Corporation in Henan drains the terminal wastewater,CODcr is 150mg/L~200mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen is 100mg/L~150mg/L,YN is 130mg/L~180mg/L, and the water quality belong to the low C/N wastewater.Through Biological Treatment Test and the first phase process commissioning to the terminal wastewater treatment plant of Chemical Corporation in Henan,with anoxic-anaerobic-Micro oxygen-aerobic process running,draws the following conclusions:(1) Using anoxic -anaerobic -Micro oxygen -aerobic process disposes the Low C/N ratio and ammonia nitrogen wastewater,and it can achieve standard.The concentration of NH4+-N is 0.9mg/L~6.8mg/L,and the removal rate can reach 90%~95%.The concentration of CODcr is 38mg/L~57mg/L,and the removal rate is about 70%~75%.And the process can run stably for a long time.(2) the test shows that concentration of NH4+-N was rising with,dissolved oxygen and reducing.If concentration of NH4+-N can reach standard,temperature was 20℃,dissolved oxygen was 1.8mg/L and sludge age was 20d.Removal of TN is from 0mg/L to 15mg/L when the mixture liquid reflux ratio's changing from 0 to 100%.The mixture liquid reflux ratio is from 100%to 600%almost has not affected to elimination of TN,so the mixture liquid reflux ratio could keep 100%.(3) The best technics condition of anoxic -anaerobic -Micro oxygen -aerobic process is:water temperature 20℃;aerobic zone DO is 1.8mg/L;pH is 7.8~8.2;Aerobic zone liquid reflux ratio is 100%;sluge age is 20d~25d.(4) Process commissioning to wastewater treatment plant with anoxic -anaerobic -Micro oxygen -aerobic process running,when the wastewater temperature is raise from 18℃to 22℃,treatment system runs with determinate process parameter.The quality of water can reach standard by running of 60d.And the first phase commissioning is successful with the anoxic -anaerobic -Micro oxygen -aerobic process.
