| Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing model, the goal of which is the least affair to environment and material consummation in the lives of products. Noise related to the affair to environment, and is been cared in Green manufacturing. The machine—workshop system is a basic unit in manufacture, and is a key tache in Green Manufacturing, in which the size of noise will affair production and surrounding environment. How to reduce the noise in the system has caused more and more concerns. Many experimentation show that: noise in workshop can harm the health of workers, high size of noise can affair the workers' mood, depress work efficiency. What's more, noise is the headwaters of energy consumption and environment pollution. It is very significative that the De-noise is researched in machine-workshop system for Green manufacturing.Machine tool is the principal part in machine-shop system. The De-noise research in whole system should be surrounded with machine, which is semblable with the De-noise research of single machine, the different between them is that the whole cutting circumstance should be consider in the workshop. De-noise methods should be synthetically used to reduce the machine's running noise and cutting niose.In this paper, these thesis are studied:1 The basic theory of noise is studied, such as the produce and spread of noise;The measure instrument and analystical method are introduced; The main evaluation standard of noise, such as sound pressure level is studied; based on which, the international and national evaluation standard of noise are presented.2 The propagation characteristic of noise is analysed. The fundamental De-noise methods are presented based on the control of sound source , control of sound transmission and control of relieving station. The indentify of sound source and routine of De-noise are introduced.3 The method of reducing running noise of machine is proposed aimed at the different characteristics of sound source in machine—shop system, and the design, process, assemblage of accessories are minutely analysed.4 The cutting noise of machine—shop system is studied ,based on which the traditional methods of reducing cutting noise is proposed first, then, the scheduling Methodology between workpiece and machine is presented to reduce holistic noise in the system, the principle, mathematic model of scheduling is presented.5 Research the noise characteristic in a workshop, raised a De-noise programme to reduce holistic noise in the system. A machine(code: Y1) is analysed as a example, based on this analysis, the De-noise measures are presented in the respect of structure design, machiningaccuracy> damp disposal etc. The feasibility of the scheduling Methodology is validated by theexperiment of processing four workpieces. |
