At present, the water level accommodation instrument of the main condenser has some bugs, such as, low sensitivity, bad stability, too large facilities, and difficult to load and maintain. To some extent, it restricts the normal work of the dynamic equipment. For that question above, there is needed to design another water level accommodation instrument to improve the surrounding of the work.The water level accommodation instrument designed in this thesis is completely new equipment. It has differences in design theory and organization from the past. That instrument is pure mechanic, and it used a way of self-accommodation without any motivity in the entire system operation. During the design course, it effectively combined the muzzle baffle theory with the theory of the throttle pipe control valve, which makes the accommodation instrument fleetness, reliable, and sensitive. Meanwhile, in the course of the concrete design, with the use of the CAD and CAE software, Pro/e, ANSYS, and FLUENT, it reduce the design difficulty and increase the work efficiency, then provide a new way for the future engineering design.For the sake of identifying if the accommodation instrument designed in the thesis could meet the demand, we built the experience platform on the "01 "steam dynamic instrument in Harbin Engineering University. We experienced on the cold work condition, and verify the accommodation capability of the instrument.
