This paper researches the welding technique between parallel flow condenser and tube.We design a welding system with automatic swivel table which is suitable for automatic production of the condenser.Firstly,this paper analyses the difficulty of welding technique between parallel flow condenser and tube,and points out that the production way of manual welding seriously restricts the development of condenser industry.On the basis,this paper studies the welding status quo at home and abroad from four aspects: current level of automatic welding,the welding technology of circumferential weld about aluminum alloy products,status quo of welding equipment and the research status of control strategy of gas flow.The result shows that researching this welding system has important practical significance for the development of domestic condenser industry.Secondly,this thesis,referencing the process of flame welding and manufacturer's requirements,puts forward the whole design scheme of this system.This scheme divided the system into four parts: control unit,executing unit,gas unit and system software.Control unit coordinates each component working orderly,avoids mutual interference and insure the implementation of welding action.Executing unit is the executor of the system's motion,which includes swivel table module,pre-heating module,welding module and cooling module.Gas unit provides the gas and air for the system.System software contains two parts,human-computer interaction interface and PLC test software.This paper studies incremental PID control algorithm about the combustion gases,designs incremental PID controller,introduces the way of calculating the controller's parameter and provides the system's control parameters.Finally,this paper designs experiments to verify incremental PID control algorithm and the system's design indexes.Experimental results show that fluctuation of gas flow is small,adjustment is rapid and accurate,the control effect of flame is good,and the system indexes can meet the needs of system design.
