In this thesis, a series of ferrocenyl derivatives were synthesized. The electrochemical properties of some compounds were studied. The main results obtained were as follows:1. Bisferrocenyldiimine 3(ac) were synthesized by the condensation of ferrocenylphenylamine l(ac) with formylferrocene 2 ,then Compound 4(ac) and 5c were obtained from 3(ac) by the reduction with NaBH4. Their electrochemical properties of some compounds were studied. All the new compounds were characterized by MS, IR and 1H NMR spectra.Scheme 12. Two novel series of ferrocenyl heterocyclic derivatives were synthesized with ferrocenyl phenylamine l(ac) and furfural, pyridine-2-aldehyde. Their electrochemical properties were investigated. All of the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra.3. The ferrocenyl formamide has been synthesized by ferrocenyl aniline with DMF, and characterized by elements analysis, IR^HNMR spectra and X-ray diffraction.NHCHOScheme 3Eighteen novel ferrocenyl derivatives were synthesized and characterized, and the electrochemical properties of some compounds were studied.
