Convert slag is the main waste material in the industry of metallurgy. It is a problemneeds to be urgently resolved how to father and utilize convert slag which could becomeresource.In slag splashing, reducer (solid carbon) is put into the convert in the condition ofhigh pressure nitrogen splashing. The phosphorus of slag could vaporize from slag. Thestudy content of dissertation mainly includes that the thermodynamics analysis of thepossibility of phosphorus vaporization in slag splashing, the kinetic study of confirmingthe velocity equations and the main influencing factors of the dephophorus reaction, theexperiments of simulating phosphorus vaporization based on the study of thermodynamicsand kinetic in laboratory.The main deoxidized product of the dephophorus reaction with solid carbon is gas P2in high temperature. Inert gases nitrogen doesn't take part in the dephophorus reaction inthe condition of the constantly total pressure. The entering of the nitrogen in high pressuremakes the decrease of others gaseous pressure and total pressure. The reactions processtowards the directions of generating gas P2. It benefits the occurring of the dephophorusreaction.The velocity of the dephosphorus reaction is dominated by interface reaction and thediffusion of liquid state of P2O5. The influencing factors of the velocity of thedephosphorus are temperature,basicity and the content of FeO in slag, etc.Basing on the phase analysis, the main phases of residual slag are MgO,Ca2SiO4 ,Ca3SiO5 and a little of elemental Fe. The analysis calculation of residual slag educes thatthe ratio of the dephosphorus is 60~90% commonly. The temperature is the mostinfluencing factor. The content of FeO is the second. The influence of the basicity is notevident. In the span of the experiment, better point of temperature is 1900K, better contentof FeO is 30%, better point of the basicity is 2.5.
