Using orthogonal experimental design , this paper is to study the optimally mixtureratio of lime, fluorite, odium carbonate, carbide and coke in the multiplicity desulfurater onthe base of lime, the relationship of desulfuration rate and every constituent and theinfluence on desilication rate of iron ore content, alkalinity, initial temperture of hot metaland unit consumption of slag. It studies the subsequence of desulfuration and desilication,and the influence of mixture ratio of agglomerate and fluorite.The results of this study showed that:1. On the condition of unit consumption of slag is 18kg·t-1, initial temperture of hotmetal is 1400℃, desulfuration rate of the multiplicity desulfurater of lime(50%),fluorite(20%), odium carbonate(15%), carbide(25%) and coke(3%) is at themost(≥83.25%).2. In orthogonal experimental design using fluorite, carbide, odium carbonate and unitconsumption of slag as factor, principal degree on desulfuration rate is unit consumption ofslag> fluorite > odium carbonate> carbide.3. On the condition of identical unit consumption and content, with the initialtemperture of hot metal heighten, desulfuration rate enlarge.4. Paternity test approve on the condition of identical unit consumption and initialtemperture of hot metal, the higher content of silication is, the biger desulfuration rate is.When the content of silication grow 0.421%, the desulfuration rate step up 13.89%.5. On the condition of unit consumption of slag is 30kg·t-1, initial temperture of hotmetal is 1500℃, when alkalinity is 0.9, content of iron ore is 70%, desilication rate isbiggest(82.72%).6. In orthogonal experimental design using content of iron ore, alkalinity, initialtemperture of hot metal and unit consumption of slag as factor, principal degree ondesilication rate is unit consumption of slag> alkalinity > content of iron ore > initialtemperture of hot metal.7. Desilication rate using alone agglomerate as slag is bigger than using mixture ofagglomerate and fluorite. When content of fluorite is low, with increasing of it, desilicationrate enlarge. When the content is 15%, desilication rate is biggest(79.78%). In subsequent,with increasing of content, desilication rate reduce. Through studying desilication and desulfuration in hot metal ,we can find out the slagof desilication and desulfuration for medium and small-sized metallurgy enterprises. It willbe provided with well supervision for practice production .Especially the conclusion ofdesulfuration in high-silication hot metal and in low-silication hot metal have reference toinprove technology of the desilication and desulfuration.
