Wet method flue gas desulfuration (WFGD) technology is the most comprehensive desulfuration technology currently. The reactor is the key of WFGD technology. Three-phase fluidized bed with gasses-liquid countercurrent operation (Turbulent Bed Contactor, TBC) is a sort of powerful WFGD device. The TBC operation applied for the moment basically belongs to TypeΙturbulent bed contactor fluidized operation. It will rose bad operational event such as channeling and irregularity moving of padding on the conditions of small liquid-gasses rate. Vibrating fluidized bed has the function of improving fluidization quality and enhancing the turbulent degree. Accordingly, the main object of this paper is to build up a set of WFDG device which combine the advantages of vibrating fluidized bed (VFB) and Turbulent bed contactor (TBC), and to carry on the foundation research of fluid mechanics and mass transfer characteristic.First of all, a set of vibrating three-phase fluidized bed experimental system was designed and a serial of experiment about hydromechanics and desulfuration characteristic was carried out in this foundation. In the hydromechanics characteristic experiment I mostly researched about the matter of bed pressure drop, bed density, the liquid phase contain rate of vibrating three-phase fluidized bed, and acquired a great deal of experimental data about bed pressure drop, bed density, the liquid phase contain rate in different conditions of gas velocity, liquid spray density, height of layer or vibration intensity. Through the analyses and induction about these...
