This research adopts ABR-SBR craft to deal with the waste water of traditional Chinese medicine. Waste water of traditional Chinese medicine enter ABR (Anaerobic baffled reactor) first , in order to improving biochemistry of waste water of traditional Chinese medicine and getting rid of most COD. SBR (sequencing batch reactor) as detest follow-up of anaerobic craft, the overall treatment result of the security system can reach the discharge standard . This thesis key research getting rid of COD removal rate and the output of methane on ABR reactor of different influence factors, thus found ABR reactor's best operation parameter of dealing with waste water of traditional Chinese medicine.Study follow-up deal with craft operating mode terms of SBR , is it probe into feasibility of ABR-SBR craft deal with waste water of traditional Chinese medicine and offer the basis for engineering design . The result of study shows: ①Under the terms of HRT(time of staying of water conservancy)=24h,OLR(organic load)=1.25 ~5.05 kgCOD/(m3·d) of ABR and operation cycle of SBR is 6h, traditional Chinese medicine waste water after treatment of ABR-SBR system,overall COD removal efficiencies can more than 96%. ②When HRT is 24h,OLR is from 1. 25 kgCOD/(m3·d) to 5. 05 kgCOD/(m3·d).With the gradual rising of the OLR of influent , the COD removal efficiencies of ABR reactor is reduced after rising. With gradual rising of OLR of reactor, methane output is also reduced after rising.When OLR is 4.02 kgCOD/(m3·d), methane output of ABR reactor is the heavy most. So, under the terms of HRT=24h, OLR =4. 02 kgCOD/(m3·d) the operation conditions of ABR reactor are the best while dealing with the waste water of traditional Chinese medicine. ③Detest through ABR reactor, can make ratio of BOD5/COD of waste water, from 0. 34 rises to 0.50, improve the biochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine waste water greatly. ④Through the investigation of the COD removal efficiencies the output of methane and VFA (volatility fatty acid )of each compartment of ABR reactor , find 1st room of ABR reactor for hydrolysis acid person who take , for produce hydrogen and second sour district the second and the third room, the 4th and 5th doses of rooms are in order to produce the methane area. ⑤As COD concentration of influent in SBR reactor change from 412. 2mg/L reaches 1314. 2 mg/L, with COD concentration of influent increased, COD removal rates rise gradually, the removal rate of COD is from 82. 05% rises to 91. 62%.
