Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) was developed in the 1980s, which is an important wastewater treatment for the activated sludge In this paper the achievement obtained by predecessors was summarized and analyzed in details, the present conditions of Chinese phamacy wastewater treatment and possibility of SBR applying to phamacy wastewater treatment were explored Then, in order to resolve the uncertainty caused by the variation of quality and quantity of wastewater, the model of SBR treating phamacy wastewater was established and developed with the application of Microelectrolysis and anaerobic hydrolysis. Based on the exeprimental research of SBR, the process of the actirated sludge microfauna metebolism of the wastewater's unstable condition was analyzed This research could be developed to evaluate the provided of phamacy wastewater treatment, and enlarge variety and range of SBR treating wastewater...
