In the situation that iron ores is very shortage and which price has risen impetuosity, which has important significance for iron-making technics continuance development. How to make use of inland and overseas resource in order to high produce,low cost and consume in iron-making. Hence, the research of iron ore metallurgical properties , rational and optimized match design has emphasis meaning. Firstly, this paper research the ore sinter and pellet metallurgical properties such as, reduction, low temperature reduction disintegration and melting dropping characteristics. Then we have DTA and X radial diffract experiment, especially V-Ti pellet and self-manufacture pellet at CSIC (Changqing Steel & Iron Group Co.) This paper has analysed the relationship about several structure burden of blast furnace, utilizing coefficient and coke rate, and established exchange model by mathematical statistics. In allusion to practical situation of raw materials at CSIC, this paper research the MAC and India ore metallurgy characteristics in different ratio charging situation. And this paper gradually optimize this design that the exchange ratio of Australia ores and India ores. . At last this paper design the best optimized blast furnace burden. This paper has indicated the highest ratio of inland and overseas ores at CSIC, and researched the exchanged model about sinter, pellet and lump ore, established this burden structures of blast furnace which contains sinter produced by main Australia ores, pellet and little lump ore. This paper has also established the relationship mathematical model of burden structures BF and slag composition, Fe content and utilize coefficient. Then the model of raw material cost and iron pig cost has been designed. And this paper has forecasted the economy benefit of structures reasonable burden. Australia and V-Ti ore have been used in structures burden of blast furnace, this paper especially has studied the result which Al2O3 and TiO2 affect the slag metallurgy properties, measured the influence about Al2O3 and TiO2 content to slag smelting temperature, viscosity, surface tension and liquid slag density. This paper emphasized middle-Ti slag deoxidization and synthetically utilized, provided the theory bases for CSIC blast furnace production.
