It is the most important part in steel-making technical development that continuous casting technology, it has the characteristics that the productivity is high.The development of technology makes the casting of the molten steel develop to continuous casting and tandem rolling, because it has reduced heat and process, economized a large amount of energy. Continuous cast has improved the cast quality, reduced the content of the inclusion in the steel, improved surface quality.Mould is a important one link in continuous casting, whether molten steel is solidify and solidify shelly by liquid.A overall one temperature and stress field carry on research to mould , for make reasonable casting temperature , casting speed and intensity of cooling there are important meanings.In order to lengthen service life of the mould, stability the working of the casting machine and guaranteeing quality to cast, we must design the material and structure of the mould copper, ensure strengthen cooling Conduct heat in the numerous factors of the result in the copper of mould influencing device , after the copper material is selected, the trough structure parameter of the cooling water is the most important; In addition, casting speed of base to the mould copper and cast base temperature field and all have comparatively remarkable influence.Use the artificial technology, In different casting speed and various kinds of cooling water trough structure parameter, we can have researched heat transfer characteristic of cast and mould, offered the essential theoretical foundation for optimization design of the copper structure parameter of the mould .Optimization of mould copper cool structure transform in Chonggang Steel and Iron Co., in the condition of transform copper structure parameter (water trough distribute, width and depth etc. ) before and after, we have researched mould copper temperature and stress field.We discussed the effect of casting speed , casting speed different cooling water amount that require different even generally, so it will be different to some extent to distribute along the thermal current in the high direction of the mould.Usually, it is the biggers incasting speed, the cooling water amount increases correspondingly , and the thermal current of the mould has increase of a certain degree on the same high position.So in differences casting speed, that make and have certain differently in the temperature of coppers and cast in mould.It is the greater to generally draw the speed, the higher temperature is. To facilitate comparing, arc wide pieces of copper and narrow board temperature field and stress meet an emergency simulation of field adopt 3 kinds of different copper cooling systems design to mould (different water trough distributing . width and depth), utilize the result of calculation, we can determine better design plan among them .We have calculated two kinds of steel kind Q235 and 16MnR to measure various kinds of times under the circumstances that the size of section of themould is 170*14OOmm2,240*1400mm2 and different operating modes respectively.
