Ion-retardation Resin Synthesis

The type and synthesizing methods of the ion-retardation resin were introduced, and the weak acid /alkali ion-retardation resin was synthesized with the alkali anion exchanges resin for cage resin by the method crylic acid polying in cage. The effects from the cage resin crosslinking degree, initiator dosage , crylic acid dosage and the react temperature to the synthetic ion-retardation resin retardation capacity , residual anion exchange capacity , residual cation exchange capacity and separation ability were studied. The optimal react condition was found out and the synthesize react mechanism was explored. Synthesized ion-retardation resin heat-resistant character equal to the United States Dow chemical industrial corporation Retardation 11A-8 ion-retardation resin, Separation effect of synthesized ion-retardation resin was better than Retardation 11A-8 ion-retardation resin for acrylic fibres NaSCN solution ,non-volatile impurity(NVI) separation rate reach 75.8%.
