Developing Of BOPP-D1 Product Of BOPP Film Material

The polypropylene equipment of Daqing Petrochemical Company adopts Spheripol craft to product 100,000 tons polypropylene per year.Propylene as raw materials, under the function of four chlorine titanium and three ethyl aluminium as catalyst together,can polyreact into polypropylene resin.Since polypropylene equipment went into operation,it product only one kind of polypropylene resin T30S,which is very similar in other polypropylene equipment over China.Because of this situation, it creat such questions as low economic benefits, narrow range of application of polypropylene resin.Therefore,developing polypropylene film material (BOPP) with good market prospects is our factory primary task.According to above-mentioned situations,this article,using original technological process of polypropylene equipment,has developed BOPP-D1 product and studtied detailed argumentation of resin index, craft parameter of production as a trial and postprocessing situation of products. BOPP physics performance can be mainly decided by molecular weight,molecular weight distribute and isotactic of resin.In polyreaction reactor where assistant catalyst regulate the isotactic of resin,through regulating pharmaceutica(lH2)and auxiliary catalyst,BOPP-D1 physics performance can be controlled. Adopting CS-â…¡as catalyst,BOPP-D1 have been producted with isotactic 95.0-97.0%,melt flow rate 2.5-3.0g/10min,molecular weight distribute range between 250-350 thousands. During process of producing BOPP-D1,it is steady in quality control and polyreaction operateing parameter,which in turn making production line operate steadily and the best operation condition has been found. Result indicates:the material consumption,energy consumption of producting BOPP-D1 are according with the designing requirement of the equipment and production cost are similar with T30S. The test processing of BOPP-D1 products shows:BOPP-D1 products have good glossiness,intensity high,fish-eyes which have reached quality requirement of users.Therefore, design of melt flow rate and isotactic are accurate,polyreaction operates parameter are feasible.
