Industrial Application Of BOPP Special Material T28FE

This study carried out the industrialization experiment and application research of BOPP special resin(T28FE)with large market potential and high added value,based on a 300 kt /y Basell patented polypropylene plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's ethylene factory.By analyzing the structural performance of similar products,the core internal control indexes of T28 FE are determined.The T28 FE polymerization process optimization test is carried out to determine the polymerization process conditions and additive system suitable for T28 FE production.Through the study,we formulated the industrial trial production plan,conducted industrialization experiments,and carried out product performance evaluation and processing application research.After realizing the industrial production of T28 FE,we continued to take measures to improve the quality of the product.We added ethylene to the product,adjusted the process and additive system,and realized the balance of such parameters as product isotacticity,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution with polypropylene molecular chain structure;We determined the product core internal control indicators through a variety of analysis and detection methods;We established a series of test methods such as dimethylbenzene dissolution,melt flow ratio,etc.are used to control the intermediary indicators and shorten the product quality adjustment time.Through the above-mentioned performance evaluation and processing application research,the product quality are ensured,and the quality requirements of producing BOPP film are satisfied.
