Taxus mairei, a rare plant, contains Taxol and other Taxane compound, which is a well-studied anti-tumor drug. But there was no report about the polysaccharides in it. In this dissertation, the extraction and separation of polysaccharides from its leaves and some properties of HDS-1, one of pure polysaccharides components, were studied. At last, basing on data from extraction, the dynamic model of extraction was built. The results were got as follows:1. Using hot water as extractant to extract polysaccharides, the extraction conditions were studied. Considering the efficiency and energy consumption, the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from the leaves of Taxus mairei was obtained. The ratio of material-water was 1:25, temperature was 90℃ and extraction time was 150min.2. Two detached polysaccharides composition , HDS-1 and HDS-2,...
