Because it was became more and more difficult to find a new pesticide and drug fast problem of plant became more and more prominent, workers had attached importance to the exploitation and applyment of the mixed pesticide. In order to make the mixed pesticide exerted their prevention and control function, we often mixed the internal absorption and protection pesticides.A number of pharamacodynamic assays of the 35% JunWei I in the fields were studied with the familiar diseases caused by Rhizoctonia cerealis, Bhimeria graminis, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria solani, Phyllosticta mali and Macrophoma kawatsukai. We performed the indoor toxicity assay targting apple disease caused by Phyllosticta mali as the major control object. Meanwhile, the production technique of 35% JunWei I , rule and analysis methods of its products and its toxicology assay were studied. The results showed as follows:Variance anaysis of pathograph index counted after 14 days spaying showed that there were significant difference in di different treatments. Especially, JunWei I (50%-60% gram per acres) displayed the best effect in controlling the two diseases in wheat and its effects of prevention and control were up to 85.9%-93.6%. Moreover, this pesticide could inhibit length of wheat panels and displayed more obvious inhibition effects on the first and second panels under spikes. JunWei I (50%-60% gram per acres) could improve the ability of anti-loging of wheat and make wheat output increasing by 8.76%-19.7%.Variance analysis showed that 35% JunWei I (60%-80% gram per acres) displayed the best effect in controlling the diseases caused by Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria solani in tomato and significant difference comparing with other treatments. It's control effects to the diseases caused by Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria solani in tomato were up to 84.4%-90.7% and 90.24%-94.86% respectively. Though inspecting for field assay, we found that tomato plants were in good growth resulting in their fruits colouring well and their output getting obviously increasing in the areas sprayed by this pesticide.Variance anaysis of pathograph index counted after 7 days spaying showed that 35%JunWei I (400-800 X ) could effectively control apple disease caused by Phyllosticta mali. It's effect of prevention and control was up to 82.23% and better than that of carbendazol and mancozeb. 35% JunWei I (500-1000X) also displayed significant effect in controlling apple disease caused by Macrophoma kawatsuka and its control rates were 92.3% and 82.3%.Mixture of carbendazol and mancozeb not only inhibited growth of hypha but also killed condium of pathogens and exerted the prevention and control function in controlling diseases. After performing the indoor toxicity assay, we foundd its toxicity quotient were 155.9 and 147.0 respectively.Through the toxicology assay of 35% JunWei, we observed that the LD50 of fermale and male mites synegia injected were over 2100 mg/kg and those PO (per os) was over 5100 mg/kg. It was belong to lower toxicity. In addition, according to the results from its spreading assays among five years, we concluded 35% JunWei could not only control diseases but also improve quality of crop products and ultimately result in increasing plant output and economical value.
