It is one of hot researching topics in the field of chemical engineering presently that withthe help of various engineering software, ones carry out computation and optimization to thedesign and the operation of the chemical process as developing computer technology. Based onengineering software such as Excel, AutoCAD, and PhotoShop, this article has carried out toregressive experientially some of property of materials, design the standardized tubular heatexchanger and un-standardized plate tower with multi-components, non-isothermal, chemicalabsorption, and add up and analyze the terminal examinations scores of 35 classes in the projectof key curriculum construction for unit operations of chemical engineering and the questionnairesurvey result, draw up charts of plate tower using absorption and LNG technical flow.In this chapter 2, taking some of materials as examples, unifies the Excel library function,AutoCAD and PhotoShop, carried out the regressive experientially some of property of materials,give in the experientially regressive analysis expressions. The results indicate that this method isvery effectual for solving these problems, the values calculated by the regressive expressionsobtained are well agreed with the experimental data, and all their relative error values are below5% , which are satisfactory to the requirement for engineering.Using Excel, this chapter 3 has made the procedure of computer designing for thestandardized heat exchanger in tubes based on the technological demands by user. Focusing onthe standardized heat exchanger in tubes, the procedure can judge and choose automatically flowpatterns of laminar and turbulence, two flow directions of co-current and countercurrent, andtwo types of floating and fixing tube-plate heat exchangers in them databases at no phasechanging or water vapor condensing by HONG. Library function VLOOKUP can search suitablenominal area for heat exchanger in the database. MATCH of function can macth up the heatexchanger area to designing conditions. CHOOSE of function can use the address of nominalarea provide by MATCH to carry out other parameters of the heat exchanger. Characteristics ofthe procedure have circulatory iteration with trial and error, choices many times, and more thanone of suitable heat exchanger. |
