At present the large-scale Thermal power plant's haze desulphurization mainly uses the limestone/gypsum law aqueous method desulphurization craft,the desulphurization absorption tower is this aqueous method craft core equipment,the absorption tower structural design also becomes one of desulphurization technology central contents. However,the design for the tower structure,no special norms at home and abroad can. Major method of finite element software is used to establish solid model analysis of their dynamic properties,and then complete the structural design.The main problems at this stage are:the finite element software modeling process and time-consuming,laborious;tower design for wind loads,the calculation of seismic loading and under load in these tower wall design is not perfect;modal analysis,the model simplification is not ideal.In this paper,research results have been summarized on the basis of computer CAD/ CAM software to establish compliance with the actual SolidWords finite element model, the CAD model into finite element analysis software ANSYS method;discussed the calculation of wind load on the impact of;in accordance with the equivalent model and the dynamic properties of the original structure should be consistent as far as possible the equivalent principle,the establishment of simplified equivalent model,and its dynamic characteristic analysis;through the results with the original structure of the comparison, verification and simplification of CAD models,etc.efficiency model is reasonable.Available through the above-mentioned studies:the use of CAD system is a finite element model of the modeling method to quickly and efficiently;considered in the calculation of wind load,in line with the actual;Haze desulphurization absorption tower structure more reasonable simplification simplified model can reflect the actual structure of power characteristics of this method can simplify the optimization of structural design,to enhance its security and economy,as well as engineering design to provide some useful reference.
